- pantene for dry frizzy hair or for dry damaged ahir both have mosturisers which is good for controlling poofiness
- use pantene oil replacement 3 times a week hair mask to deep condition ur hair
- whe going to the pool use leave-in conditioner, i like sunsilk straighten up leave in conditioner
- when straightening or curl use thermasilk cream to protect ur hair against the heat

ok, a good shampoo for your hair would be pantene, because they have many different products, hmm oh i have poofy hair to, i buy this oil moisturizer called "lusters pink light oil moisturizer", and well i alwayz straighten my hair so i use sun-silk, just find one that matches it will usually say "heat protectant", so i hope these help!!
