I recently cut my hair about 2 years ago and it was down my back. I now find myself trying to regrow it. It's taking a toll on my self esteem at that because my hair grew within 2 years for it to reach down my back when I had it. My hair barely rests on my shoulders now so I started using Dr.Mircale's hair products and they are so far so good but I would like results faster. Have any of you(african americans) taken hair pills and seen results iin 3 months or less?

Keep using Dr. Miracles products, they do work. Do not use those hair pills, pre-natal vitamins, etc. They do not work. I use Dr. Miracles and Mane 'N Tail Hair Care products and I have notice a great deal of hair growth in the past 6 months. You need to start messaging your scalp at least two times a week with a great hair dressing made by Dr. Miracles or mane 'n Tail. Using the balls of your fingers message the scalp, hair line and temple areas, this will help the blood circulated which stimulates the hair follicles which promote hair growth. There is nothing you can use or do to make your hair grow any faster. Just be patient, and continue to use what your using. My hair finally past my shoulders in 6 months and my hair was halfway to the tips of my shoulder when I started using Dr. Miracles and Mane 'N Tail Hair Care products.

I use to use African Pride Hair vitamins they worked wonders but I can't seem to find them any more since I moved from CA to GA.

The best thing to go get are some prenatal vitamins and take them as a daily supplement.

There is a product on the market called DO- GRO, that my mother uses it worked for her. Rogain for women is suppose to be a process for all nationalities. Most salons use Tressamane (how ever it is spelled). There is also a product called Main and Tail. Condition your hair on a regular to protect your hair from breakage. You can purchase some olive oil and vitamin E. Sulfur 8 and T-Gel are good as well. All of these products my granny used (except for the rogain) on my hair as a child and my hair was half-way down my back. Those are generally used on a regular basis, me personally, My hair will grow long, but I like it short. I would'nt advise all of that other stuff. I heard about DR. Miracles although I haven't used it.

And using good products are a key factor as well as matinence methods. I suggest using organic shampoo and conditoners, or a product of your choice. But always condition after shamppoing hair never skip. Buy a good leave-in, and avoid heat styling as much as possible.
