I would suggest to keep your hair oiled everyday. I use motions anit-breakage CPR which is sooo good I love it! It is light and when makes your hair look straight when need a little touch up. I also do not put ANY heat on my hair whatsoever that will help a lot. Condition it with a deep conditioner every time you get a perm and every 2 weeks if you even if you dont go to your stylist wash and condition your hair. I would recommend all the motions CPR products. Also get your ends clipped every 6 weeks
