I heard PROTEIN makes hair stronger & grow faster...is this true?? ...if so, What foods have lot

I cut my hair 3 weeks ago and miss it all ready. (I have African American hair).

Yes it's true. Food rich in protein and vitamin A are good for hair. Some good sources of protein are Milk, Cheese,fish, lentils, nuts, Egg yolk, Pulses, Soya beans.



Good sources of Vitamin A are Papaya, cabbage, Milk, Peaches, Apricot,Carrots, eggs, liver and green vegetables.

Yes, hair does grow with a diet of proteins. Proteins contain Amino Acids, and Sulfer... Sulfer is found in hair strands. Do have proteins, eat lots of meat, including Chicken, Beef, Pork, etc, and you have your eggs too. Peanuts and other forms of nuts are your source of proteins. Beans too have proteins. You will see that your body will also be served well. :)
