Do you wrap natural hair?

Okay, so I have natural african american hair that has never been relaxed. I love my hair and want to give it the most care possible. So I was just curious: Since my hair is natural do I have to wrap it at night? It's not in any special style, just a ponytail.

Do you wrap natural hair?

YES, YES, YES, Please wrap your beautiful natural hair in a silk or satin bonet or scarf to prevent breakage. Cotton will absorb all the natural oils leaving your hair dry and not so beautiful and easy to break.

Or you could just use a satin pillow case.

Good Luck

I heard that you are not supposed to wrap it when you sleep after its been relaxed. Just try not to "bend" the hair when you sleep.

i think all women should wrap their hair at night,it keeps the bed lint out and other things

you can if you want to

Tie it up with something silky soft, also take it out of the ponytail and put it into a loose braid before you tie it up.

i suggest that you take the ponytail out and just put it in a scarf. when i didn't have a perm, that is waht i would do all of the time. so unless you are wearing it down all day and want it to be the same way in the morning, you don't have to

Do you wrap natural hair?

Yes it's best to wrap it up every night and use a silk scare or bonet. Don't put it in a ponytail, just a loose braid will do and maybe pin it up with some bobby pins. Also don't forget to moisturize!

definetly best to wrap it, try a satin bonnet, or even a satin pillow will help, cotton e.t.c can dry your hair out.
