theres this stuff called hair formula 37 that i took for a while and it worked real good im white tho but it says it would work for african american hair also i found this other stuff called hairtilizer where u only have to 2 instead of 8 and it worked faster too but its kinda expensive both are but theyed help u reach ur goal someone also said prenatle pills will make ur hair grow faster i dont know if theyed make it heathier tho

Buy some Cholesterol and use it once or twice weekly you can leave it in as long as you like (5min. or even overnight) this should help it to become stronger and avoid any further breakage.
