I can only suggjest what I was told about my own hair. Maybe this could help you. Dry hair from dehydration causes hair to break off and appear hair is not growing. Plenty of water!! I was also told to eat well. Sleep well and also the vitamin Biotin which is also benificial to you skin and your nails. this biotin can be purchased at Wallgreens ect...Hope it helps! GOOD LUCK.

well i take prenatal vitamins for my hair and nails, which i do for hair health reasons and it really does work. and you get the extra vitamins that are not always in your diet. and the monthly trim gets the ends healthy the fight brakage. Not a hair dresser or anything...do u have 1 regular hair dresser that u go to? If u do, she will put hair treatments/conditioners in your hair every time u go. If u cannot go/get to 1. Do u know of any that knows u that u trust. Go to Sally's/Iman's or a BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE. GET Doo Gro Products. U can use just the hair lotion, or shampoo/conditioner or hair grease (specify for growth). Get a mega conditioner/treatment (1 that stays on for 5 to 20 min. either under heat or put plastic cap on and then put a hot towel on top to generate some heat). Cut hair when the full moon is out {old wives tale..but I always think it works with me}. Use lotion/grease daily or every other. Shampoo hair put condition/treatment 1 or 2x/week. If u r bored w/ hair get a wig. They r not like our Mom's anymore. They have some nice ones 4 any age group and any price (u can cut, curl, color etc. w/o damage to your own hair. Be careful of color and perms together and STRESS DOESN'T HELP EITHER. Hope info helps u.
