I am a african american man and want my hair to be curly but not wet looking??? What could I use/do?

My boyfriend is jamaican and he uses Frizz-Ease to make his curls look better. This wont make your hair hang in curls though. I don't know exactly what look you are going for.

use parnevu leave in conditioner, or lusters pink oil moisturizer. With the parnevu, apply generously to your hair and massage in circles so that your hair begins to curl. Then take a blow dryer and if it has a cool setting blow the hair so that it stiffens dry. When you get tired of it, either brush your hair or just wash it.
