yes, it works, depending on you curl pattern.
If your hair is like the singer mya, definitely, but if it is like erykah badu or macy gray, you'd have to use a LOT to get the result you want.
remember mousse, most of it, dries and flakes, though.
this is with or with out a perm/relaxer.

yes garnier has some good mousses for curls hair
